TugOnn begins as a student-driven initiative - but the ultimate goal is to have a fully running business in 1- 2 years time. As the project grows, opportunities grow with it - from learning and collaboration today to professional, paid roles in the future. 4. You can choose one of the 3 ways to work with us:

• Only for Pioneers – you can take the lead, build your teams, guide and mentor them, manage tasks, shape strategy, and develop your leadership skills in the whole business process.

• Leadership/Core Team – work within groups, grow professionally, manage tasks, shape strategies, learn and test leadership skills.

• Strictly Specialists – bring your skills to IT, design, HR, marketing, communication, business, or creativity.
